B. Joyful Invitations requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your custom stationery order, with the remaining balance due at the time of printing. This fee reserves your space on my schedule and covers the time spent on your order.

Since your deposit reserves time for your order in my schedule over other potential business, the deposit is not refundable. If you cancel your order before printing, you will not owe any additional payment as long as you have not ordered any additional design services. Items already in production are not refundable.
